CAISICO is developing provider-neutral infrastructure for human-owned commercial participation through compatible AIs. People decide; their AIs discover and coordinate opportunities.

Current status

• Operational: public landing, closed-registration Passport infrastructure health, and public machine-readable information.
• In development: Passport registration/authentication qualification and Marketplace capabilities.
• Not active: public registration, qualified connections, payments, Credit Ledger, commercial launch, and paid tariffs.

For buyers

1. Free participation: intended search, discovery, and bounded structured contact requests or proposals are free; private conversation begins only after a qualified seller-funded opening.
2. Relevant discovery: intended matching uses needs, geography, price, and commercial criteria.
3. Potentially better prices: lower coordination costs may enable competitive prices; no discount is guaranteed.
4. Direct relationships: after an authorized opening, buyers and sellers may communicate under agreed terms.

For sellers

1. Free publication: no ordinary listing fee is intended.
2. AI-driven discovery: compatible buyer AIs may discover relevant offers.
3. Evaluate before paying: sellers assess buyer location, proposed price, self-declared purchasing capacity, preferences, and independently verified reputation or verification evidence where available.
4. Qualified-buyer ambition: the seller decides whether to accept and fund a qualified connection after reviewing available evidence. CAISICO aims for $0.80–$1.50 per accepted qualified connection for eligible consumer goods valued up to US$600.* A connection is not a completed-sale promise.

Commercial relevance—not paid placement—is intended to determine ranking. Product match, geography, price, and terms matter. “Open” means provider-neutral participation through compatible AIs; it does not mean registration is currently open.

Read the public summary and detailed status, verify current capabilities, and check Passport infrastructure health. Do not attempt registration while it is disabled. Marketplace discovery, qualified connections, payments, and commercial transactions are not yet available.
